Data Deletion Instructions

You can have the data Raseen holds about you deleted at any time.

If you are a business using Raseen

  1. Disconnect a channel: in Raseen open Auto-reply → Channels and remove the Page, Instagram account or WhatsApp number. Its access token is deleted immediately and no further messages are received.
  2. Remove the app from Facebook: on Facebook go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, select Raseen and click Remove. This revokes our access.
  3. Delete everything: email info@raseen.cc from the account's registered contact with the subject Data deletion request. We delete the account's conversations, connected channels and stored data within 30 days and confirm by email.

If you messaged a business that uses Raseen

Your conversation is deleted automatically 90 days after its last message, and images and voice notes are never stored. To have it deleted sooner, ask the business, or email info@raseen.cc with the name of the business's Page or number and the name or number you messaged from. We will delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.

يمكنك حذف ما يحفظه رصين عنك في أيّ وقت.

إن كنت محلّاً يستعمل رصين

  1. فكّ القناة: في رصين افتح «الردّ الآلي ← القنوات» واحذف الصفحة أو حساب إنستغرام أو رقم واتساب. يُحذف رمز الوصول فوراً ولا تصل رسائل بعدها.
  2. أزل التطبيق من فيسبوك: في فيسبوك اذهب إلى «الإعدادات والخصوصية ← الإعدادات ← عمليّات تكامل الأعمال»، واختر Raseen ثمّ إزالة. هذا يلغي وصولنا.
  3. احذف كلّ شيء: راسل info@raseen.cc من وسيلة التواصل المسجّلة للحساب بعنوان «طلب حذف بيانات». نحذف محادثات الحساب وقنواته وبياناته المخزّنة خلال ٣٠ يوماً ونؤكّد ذلك بالبريد.

إن كنت راسلت محلّاً يستعمل رصين

تُحذف محادثتك تلقائيّاً بعد ٩٠ يوماً من آخر رسالة، ولا تُخزَّن الصور ولا الرسائل الصوتيّة أصلاً. ولحذفها قبل ذلك اطلب من المحلّ، أو راسل info@raseen.cc باسم صفحة المحلّ أو رقمه والاسم أو الرقم الذي راسلت منه. نحذفها خلال ٣٠ يوماً ونردّ بالتأكيد.
